Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you install or play Pet Clinic Queue. By playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please delete the app.

The game is free. There is no subscription, no purchase and no payment of any kind at any point.

Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Pet Clinic Queue on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment.

You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app, and you may not copy, modify, translate, decompile or reverse-engineer it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

Coins and unlockables

The game shows a coin counter. Coins are a local progress score, nothing more. They are earned only by finishing levels, earning stars and completing quests inside the game.

Coins can be spent only on decorative items — waiting-room backgrounds and chair colours. These change how the game looks and nothing else. They do not alter the number of chairs, the clues, the difficulty or any rule of play, and they confer no advantage.

Because these items are decorative entries in a local save file, they are not property, and we may adjust prices, add items or change artwork in future versions.

Your progress

Your progress is stored only on your own device. We keep no copy and operate no server, so we cannot recover, restore or transfer a save file for you.

Progress may be lost if you delete the app, reset the game from its Settings screen, or reset or replace your device. Please treat your save file as something that lives on your device alone.

Acceptable use

The game is single-player and offline, so there is very little that can go wrong here. Even so, you agree not to:

• Distribute modified copies of the app, or tools intended to tamper with it.
• Present the game, or parts of it, as your own work.
• Use the game's name, artwork or characters to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Recording or streaming your own play, including for video or written coverage, is welcome and needs no permission from us.

Ownership

The game, including its code, artwork, characters, level designs, music, sound effects and written text, belongs to its developer and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms grant you a licence to play the game; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Updates and availability

We may release updates that fix problems, adjust levels, add content or change how parts of the game look and behave. We may also stop distributing the game at some point in the future.

Because the game runs entirely on your device, a version you have already installed will keep working whether or not further updates appear.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, including lost progress or lost time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections given by the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
