Summary
Pet Clinic Queue is a single-player puzzle game that runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. It has no account system, no sign-up and no server component. We do not collect, receive, store or transmit any personal information about you.
In one line: everything the game remembers — your levels, stars, coins and settings — is written to your own device and stays there. We never see it, because it is never sent anywhere.
What is stored on your device
The game writes a small save file into its own private storage area on your device. That file holds only what is needed to continue playing:
- Which levels you have finished and the star rating on each.
- Your highest unlocked level and chapter.
- Your coin balance, and which waiting rooms and chair styles you own and have equipped.
- Quest progress, which rewards you have claimed, and the date your daily quests last refreshed.
- Totals used by long-term quests, such as levels finished, stars earned and swaps made.
- Your settings for music, sound effects, haptics and reduced motion.
- Whether you have seen the tutorial steps.
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no technical means of reading it.
What we do not collect
To be explicit, the game does not collect or process any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other contact details.
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers or any form of tracking ID.
- Location data of any kind, precise or approximate.
- Contacts, photos, calendars, health data or files.
- Analytics, crash reports, usage statistics or behavioural profiles.
- Purchase history — the game contains no purchases of any kind.
There is no advertising in the game, and therefore no ad networks, no ad identifiers and no ad tracking.
Children
Pet Clinic Queue is designed to be suitable for all ages, including young children. Because the game collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.
There is no chat, no messaging, no user-generated content, no social feature, no external links inside gameplay and no way for one player to contact another. Nothing a child does in the game is recorded off the device or shared with anyone.
Third parties
The game bundles no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or social software development kits. No third party receives information about you through the game, because the game sends no information anywhere.
If you obtained the game from the App Store, Apple may collect information about the download itself under Apple's own privacy policy. That relationship is between you and Apple; we receive no personal information from it.
Device permissions
The game requests no permissions. It does not ask for, and cannot access, your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, notifications or motion sensors.
It also does not require a network connection. The game is fully playable in airplane mode, from first launch onward.
Deleting your data
You are in full control of the save file, because it lives on your device.
- Open Settings inside the game and use Reset Data to erase all progress. This asks for confirmation first and cannot be undone.
- Deleting the app from your device removes the save file along with it.
Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf and no backup for us to restore.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete and port the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its sale.
We hold no personal data about you. There is nothing to access, correct, port or delete on our side, and we have never sold or shared personal information, because we have never had any. You can exercise the practical equivalent of these rights at any time using the Reset Data control described above.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Should a future version introduce any feature that handles personal data, we will say so here clearly and in plain language before that version is released.
